What something in XGA?

Council Members! You HAVE the right!

It's like Congress. Bring up a topic of notion to XGA Existence, and if he approves, a vote upon the council members will be called.
Or, a clan wide vote can be called for the MAJOR shit, and everyone casts a vote for the notion.


If a notion passes Council, the last step is to run it by Assassin (me), and it's officially XGA code!
Also, a normal member can run a idea past Existence and he can decide if it's good enough for a vote.
