--NOT a XGA Member
--Member of another clan, which has to be in alliance with XGA.
--XGA forum Membership
--Xbox Live Membership
--Flexible attitude towards opposing XGA members and clan relation issues.
--Added many XGA Members on Xbox Live
Position 3 and 4:
2 Council Member Slots
--6 monthes of XGA membership
--Friendly with Most of Council
--Present Leadership capabilities
--Xbox Live Membership
--XGA forum membership
--Added all Council on Xbox Live
